ANGELS DOGS
In 2026, a new project under the Love Therapy Zero banner came to life: ANGELS DOGS.
Grounded in the benefits of animal-assisted mediation, this project uses the presence of dogs to offer support and closeness to people in suffering.
Offering moments of relief and joy to those who are ill and above all to children through pet therapy is the goal of ANGELS DOGS, a project that enriches LOVE THERAPY ZERO’s support work with new approaches for people facing illness and hardship.
Thanks to our supporters, the “four-legged project” has taken shape, becoming a structured and continuous programme. The idea is to offer, through animal-assisted visits to care settings, a moment of joy and carefree lightness.
ANGELS DOGS draws on the benefits of pet therapy increasingly used in care settings worldwide to provide a moment of distraction and vitality, and above all a precious support both emotionally and in terms of psychological and physical rehabilitation, creating moments of relief that serve as a bridge to life outside the hospital.
Ettore & Mia
This project, rooted in animal-assisted mediation, unfolds within a specialised training framework and rigorous supervision. With their gentle, reassuring and deeply affectionate nature, Ettore and Mia offer moments of comfort, distraction and well-being to residents of care homes.
These visits help forge connections, stimulate positive emotions and offer moments of serenity, tenderness and togetherness to residents.
Soon, ANGELS DOGS will also begin its activities at the HUG in Collonge-Bellerive, within the palliative care unit with the wish to bring a reassuring presence, emotional support and a touch of gentleness to patients facing particularly delicate situations.
Love Therapy Zero
